New trout fishing available on the Derbyshire wye

A Derbyshire Wye rainbow.

My father, brother and I have recently returned from a days fishing on the river Dove in Derbyshire where we fished at the Cotton’s Fishing Temple stretch of the Dove. We had booked the day through http://www.fishingbreaks.co.uk/ as a birthday gift for my father, but thought it only fair that we should also attend!

Before heading out on the river we met up with the river keeper Stephen Moores at the Charles Cotton Hotel in Hartington where we had breakfast before being guided to the river by Stephen. Stephen was very helpful and gave us lots of advice about where the fish could be found and tactics to use. He also mentioned that he has some new fly fishing available on the Derbyshire Wye, where you have a chance to catch wild rainbows, and of course plenty Brown trout and Grayling.

Stephen has now provided me with some information on this fishing so I've added the details in this article. If you are interested please see contact details below. The PDF document is available to download using the link below and contains more details. Please also state that you found this information on my website - Fishing-GB.com

Many thanks!
David.
